Universal Understanding (UU) announced today it has expanded its sales leadership team through the addition of Ray Miles, a seasoned sales executive with more than two decades of experience in technology solutions sales across DOD and Federal contracting realms. He served active duty in the U.S. Air Force and as Contracts Specialist for the U.S. Navy at USMC HQ Pentagon before launching a post-service, decades-long career in contracts management, program management, proposal and pricing management, and more.
