HOLLY HILL, SC (AP) - A Holly Hill man has died after a fire at a mobile home in Orangeburg County.
Chief Deputy Coroner Sean Fogle says the victim in Tuesday's fire was 64-year-old Curley Snell. Fogle told The Times and Democrat of Orangeburg an autopsy was planned in Newberry on Wednesday to determine the cause of death.
Holly Hill Fire Chief Walter Kinsey says Snell was pronounced dead at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
Kinsey says the electrical fire has been ruled an accident.
Geraldine Grant says her brother had been living with her for the past two and a half years. Grant said she left home around 9 a.m. Tuesday to run an errand.
