What's wrong with this picture?

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -

A WIS viewer shared this picture with us Friday morning.

It appears to show a vehicle bearing the license plate "SC Law" parked in a no parking zone in downtown Columbia.

The viewer says he visited the U.S. Post Office at 1233 Marion Street around 9 a.m. Friday. While parked in a space in front of the building, he saw the red Toyota Rav4 pull in front of him and stop in front of a sign that reads "NO PARKING ANYTIME."

He says he then saw a man get out of the vehicle and go into the post office, leaving the vehicle unoccupied.

Is it unclear who owns the vehicle or who was responsible for leaving it in the no parking zone. Parking in such a zone in the City of Columbia can fetch a $20 fine.

The fine may be small, but the irony certainly didn't escape us.
