TRAVELERS REST, SC (WYFF) — An Upstate doctor was arrested Friday after two more patients told investigators that he had touched them inappropriately.

Travelers Rest police filed new first-degree assault and battery charges and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature against Titus Daniel Caddell.

Each of the assaults was against a different victim, and neither of these victims were a part of prior charges, according to police. One woman said Caddell fondled her in 2009, the other said Cadell touched her in a lewd manner in 2011.

Police said Caddell came with his attorney to surrender himself at the Police Department and was released on a personal recognizance bond.

Caddell lives in Greenville, but had a family practice in Travelers Rest until losing his license following the previous arrests. He was a doctor for 27 years.

As of Nov. 2011, five patients had accused Caddell of fondling them. The dates of the alleged assaults were in 1987, 2001-2003, two between 2009-2010 and one in 2011.
