    Dozens of people have died after a second day of tornadoes twisted through Oklahoma, this time taking aim at the town of Moore, south of Oklahoma City.

FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - After an incident on East National Cemetery Road that left two people injured, three suspects are facing lynching charges.

Capt. Mike Nun with the Florence County Sheriff's Office says the incident occurred on or around Monday, Nov. 26 when three male suspects attacked two victims, leaving them with injuries requiring medical treatment.

The Florence County Sheriff's Office arrested 19-year-old Robert Caleb Matthews of Florence, 18-year-old Matthew Hind of Darlington and 17-year-old Christopher Allen Thomas of Effingham.

All three have been charged with lynching/assault and battery by mob.

Under South Carolina law, a mob is defined as "the assemblage of two or more persons, without the color law, for the premeditated purpose and with the premeditated intent of committing an act of violence upon the person of another."

Lynching (third degree) is a misdemeanor under South Carolina law which is punishable by up to one year in prison.
