Investigators made a second arrest in York County's first homicide of 2012.

22-year-old Travis Koin died after a shooting in Clover early Tuesday morning.

Investigators say someone drove Koin to the ER at the hospital in Kings Mountain. Officials there contacted Kings Mountain Police, who contacted Clover Police just after 3:00 a.m.

Koin died from his injuries and investigators worked to put together the pieces of how he was shot.

The York County Sheriff's Office says there were no reports or calls to 911 about a shooting in the county. Clover Police worked with the Sheriff's Office to determine the location of the shooting.

After several hours of investigation, officers determined the shooting took place in the 1000 block of Wiggins Road, near the City of Clover.

Murder warrants were issued for 21-year-old Kevin Mitchell Eades in connection to the shooting.

Authorities arrested Eades just after midnight Wednesday in Spartanburg County.

Later Wednesday morning, the York County Sheriff's Office said a second suspect was also in custody.

21-year-old Joseph Matthew Polk of Clover is charged with Accessory after the Fact.

Both Eades and Polk are being held in the York County Detention Center.
