I taught at Sandhills Academy School for Dyslexic children. Most of these children also have ADD or ADHD. I raised a daughter with Dyslexia and ADD and help with my grandchildren.

Why should voters choose you in the election?

I love Fairfield County and have lived here for 42 years. I graduated from Winnsboro High School in 1974. I went to USC and graduated with a teaching degree. I later took extra cIasses in ADD, ADHD and accounting. I got a degree in teaching because I like helping and working with chiIdren. I have four grandchildren in Fairfield County Schools.

Businesses will not come to Fairfield County if our children are not educated. The crime rate will decrease if we could get our children interested in school and realize their potential and stay in school and graduate.

With my education, different work and life experiences it will help me work together with all of Fairfield County, to find ways the school system can give our children an adequate  education to succeed in life. I would like to make a difference in these children's lives for the better.  The  children are the Future of Fairfield County.
