Why should voters choose you in this election?

I am seeking re-election for a fourth term to the Board of Trustees of Lexington County School District 1. I have 12 years experience in this role. During that time, our board has been able to build on a strong tradition of excellence and quality student performance. We have enjoyed the support of a community, which values public education and understands the necessity of providing our students and their families with great teachers, administrators and facilities. Most importantly, though, we have great students.

I want to continue to assist in the district's initiatives to graduate students prepared for a 21st Century global economy and to maintain the level of excellence, which has been a hallmark of this district since its inception.

My combination of experience and commitment to District One and its students in particular and to public education in general make me a highly qualified candidate to serve another four-year term.
