An East Texas man drove his very expensive vehicle into a lagoon in Galveston, and it was all caught on tape.
A civil suit between an East Texas man and an insurance company has gone to trial.
Andy House of Lufkin, crashed his 2006 Bugatti Veyron into a Galveston lagoon back in October 2009.
His insurance company, Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company, claims House wrongfully filed a claim for the damages incurred in the incident.

House claims he dropped his cellphone, and when he picked it up, he was distracted by a pelican, which led him to drive the vehicle with an estimated value of $2.2 million into a three-foot deep lagoon.
Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance says they're not liable for the damages to House's Bugatti.
A nearby motorist caught the accident and captured it on video, which was then posted to YouTube. WARNING: There is graphic language in the video.
