    Dozens of people have died after a second day of tornadoes twisted through Oklahoma, this time taking aim at the town of Moore, south of Oklahoma City.

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Bond has been set for the teen charged with causing a crash that killed a man, and injured several passengers over the weekend.

Lance Corporal Bob Darris with the South Carolina Highway Patrol reports the fatal crash that occurred around 1:19 p.m. Saturday on Highway 17 Business near Highway 544.

According to Highway Patrol, 18-year-old Jordy Calhoun faces two charges of felony DUI as a result of the collision. He is also charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and driving without a license.

Darris explains that the teen was traveling north on Highway 17 Business with one passenger in his car when he drove his Jeep Grand Cherokee across the median striking a van carrying five passengers.

Calhoun and the passenger in his car were transported to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. One passenger in the other car died in the wreck. Horry County Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard identified the victim as 52-year-old Wesley Samuel of Columbia.

The other four passengers in the van were injured and taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. No information on their injuries has been released at this time. Around 5 p.m. Saturday, Jordy Calhoun was transported from the hospital to J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

Officials at J. Reuben Long Detention Center confirmed to WMBF News that Calhoun has a history of criminal behavior. In June, he was charged with second degree burglary and several counts of failure to appear.

Bond for his charges related to the accident total over $50,000.
