Authorities release images of suspects in USC campus robbery

University of South Carolina Police are searching for two men after a student was robbed on campus early Thursday morning.

Officers say the incident happened just after midnight at the Pickens Street bridge. Police say the two men approached a student, punched him in the face, and took off with the cash in his wallet.

The men did not show any type of weapon.

Images captured near the scene of the crime show the men police believe were responsible for the robbery and assault.

Both men are described as black males in their mid 20's. One of the men has a beard. He is slim and stands about 6'3". He was wearing dark pants and a white tank top.

The other man is also described as being slim and standing about 6'3". He was wearing dark pants with a dark tank top.
