HILTON HEAD, SC (WMBF) An eight-year-old Hilton Head Island boy dies after being shot while playing in the front yard of his home, and now two men are facing charges.
The Beautfort County Sheriff's office says that Khalil Singleton was playing outside his home on Saturday when he was shot.
Deputies arrested 19-year-old Aaron Young Jr. and his father, 36-year-old Aaron Young Sr.
Deputies believe the two men shot at another man's car that was parked close to where the boy was playing.
They're now facing charges for discharging a firearm into a vehicle.
