RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) -

Richland County Sheriff's Deputies quickly caught up with two suspects wanted for bank robbery Thursday afternoon.

Deputy Curtis Wilson said the TD Bank in the 8800 block of Farrow Rd. was robbed by two men just before 5 p.m.

26-year-old Jason Colon and 27-year-old Arthur Macon are charged with armed robbery. Colon is charged with four counts of kidnapping as well.

Deputies say Colon walked into the bank, pointed a handgun at the teller and demanded money. After getting the cash, Colon walked to the back of the bank and got into a car with Mason behind the wheel.

Deputies say they caught Colon after a short chase on the railroad tracks at Flinklake Rd. Deputies caught up with Mason at Farrow Rd. and North Brickyard Rd.

They are held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
