Four people have been arrested for holding a mother and her child captive for years in Ashland.
According to the charges, the suspects used beatings, threats of death and threats of attacks from pit bulls and large snakes to hold a woman and her child against their will for two years.More >>

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -
Columbia Police officers are interviewing witnesses and trying to come up with a description of a suspect following a shooting behind the Colony Apartments on Wednesday night.
Officials say several people were having an argument that lead to the shooting on Beltline Boulevard around 9 p.m.
Police say one man was shot and sent to a local hospital to be treated.
At last check, the victim appears to be in stable condition.
