LANCASTER, SC (WBTV) -

Deputies have arrested two suspects after a Lancaster man was found dead in his truck with the engine still running Wednesday evening.

The incident was reported on Lamplight Road.

Timothy Alan Wissinger, 42, of Lancaster, was pronounced dead at the scene. His truck was found at the edge of the woods with the engine still running and in gear, according to a news release from the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies arrested 21-year-old Stanley Reed and 19-year-old Keishawn McManus late Friday night. They're charged with shooting Wissinger in the chest.

Investigators say a drug deal led to a dispute.

Roger Powell lives nearby and called 911 after discovering Wissinger's truck.

"The window was cracked a little bit and I was going to holler at him  to see if if he passed out," said Powell. "I noticed blood around his neck, it took me about three seconds to realize that he was dead and at that moment I got out of there as quick as I could because it spooked me."
