CALHOUN COUNTY, SC (WIS) -
An Orangeburg man is dead after the car he was driving ran off the road and hit a tree.
According to the highway patrol, the accident happened on Wednesday around 3 p.m. on Church Camp Road.
Troopers say a 2005 Toyota left the right side of the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The driver, who was wearing a seatbelt, was transported to the hospital where he later died.
Authorities have not released the victim's identity.
