Richland County Sheriff's deputies are searching for a man they say scammed a 65-year-old woman out of $2500 for home repairs he did not complete.
According to Sheriff Leon Lott, on April 11, 2011, 52-year-old Willie Ray Hayes was hired by a 65-year-old female victim, in Lower Richland County, to complete construction work to the roof, bathroom and living room of her home.
