Four people have been arrested for holding a mother and her child captive for years in Ashland.
According to the charges, the suspects used beatings, threats of death and threats of attacks from pit bulls and large snakes to hold a woman and her child against their will for two years.More >>

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -
The suspect in a stabbing at a Columbia nightclub remains at-large, according to a spokesman for the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
Deputy Curtis Wilson says the stabbing happened around 4 a.m. Saturday at Club Fetish when a physical altercation between two people occurred.
Wilson says during that incident, the suspect stabbed the 24-year-old victim in the upper body.
The victim was transported to the Providence Northeast Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene.
Sheriff's deputies continue to investigate the incident and have questioned witnesses.
