Columbia Police have charged a woman with attempted murder for her involvement in a shots fired incident early Saturday.
18-year-old Khadijah Andrea Robinson is held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
Robinson is accused of being with several people at the time of a shooting on Campanella Drive. Police say she was driving a van used during the incident.
Witnesses tell CPD investigators that Robinson and several other suspects were in a van that followed the victims from a club on Two Notch Road to a home in the 700 block of Campanella Drive.
Witnesses say as the victims were getting out of their vehicle and walked toward the house, several shots were fired at them.
The victims' vehicle and the house were struck by bullets. At least two people were inside the home.
Police say no one was injured.
Columbia Police officers located the van and several alleged suspects at the 4300 block of Clairiton Drive. Robinson was arrested and charged.
Investigators do not believe the incident was a random act of violence. Police say there is an ongoing dispute between the suspects and victims.
Police continue to investigate and more arrests are expected. If you know anything that can help investigators, call Crimestoppers at 1-888-Crime-SC.
