    • "THE DAWNDY" recipe by The Market Man, Emile DeFelice:
      Dinner for 2 at $10: Broiled Chicken Thighs, Salad with edible flowers and Crusty bread
      (Ingredients bought at All Local Farmers' Market in Columbia)
      Directions:  Take chicken thighs (from Wil-Moore Farm) and brush olive oil over each side.
      Pepper and salt both sides.  Salt is called Beautiful Brine Sea Salt and includes other seasonings in mixture. Broil skin side down first for 8 minutes.  Turn and continue to broil for another 6 minutes.
      Salad with edible flowers is from City Roots. The dressing is equal parts honey (Bell Honey from Swansea) and mustard.  Top with pecans.
      The Crusty bread is also from the All Local Farmers' Market made by Heather's Artisan Bakery.

      3 Large Boneless Chicken Breast                                        
      Pinch of Paprika              
      2 Large Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup                         
      Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
      1 Small Sweet Onion, (diced)                                               
      Salt & Pepper (to taste)                              
      1 Small Package Broccoli, (chopped in large pieces -- Can use frozen broccoli)         
      2.8 oz French Fried Onions                                                                                               
      1 Pack Ritz Crackers
      2 16-ounce Bags Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
      1/2 Cup Milk
      Pinch of Powdered Garlic
      Pinch of *RB's Bodacious Butt Rub * Can substitute for your choice of spice mix or can purchase it at the restaurant.
      Boil Chicken in water and salt for 20-30 minutes. Let cool then pull apart into large shreds of chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
      DIRECTIONS:
      Mix together in a large bowl the chicken, mushroom soup, onion, broccoli, one bag of the cheese, sleeve of the Ritz crackers, milk, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, *RB's Rub, salt and pepper. Top with remaining bag of cheese. Cover and bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
      Uncover, then spread the french fried onions over the top of the casserole. Broil to golden brown. 
      Makes 8 + servings
