COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - An incident report released Monday afternoon by the Richland County Sheriff's Department indicates the husband of one of the victims in the Ascot Estates double-shooting last Friday was standing in the driveway when deputies arrived on the scene.

According to the report, around 12:30 p.m., all region four units were advised of a shots fired call in which two people had been struck by rounds in the upscale subdivision.

When officers arrived at 12 Tackeria Ct., the complaintant, Brett Parker, 42, was standing in the driveway. At that point, an officer drew a service weapon and pointed it at Parker.  According to the report, Parker was told to get on the ground and was secured in handcuffs.

Parker was unarmed when deputies arrived.

Other deputies arrived and entered the home to find Parker's wife, Tammy, and Bryan Capnerhurst unresponsive and suffering from multiple gunshots.

Citing investigatory reasons, Richland County investigators only released one page of the multiple-page incident report to WIS. It is unclear what the rest of the report reveals.

Brett Parker is being questioned in connection with the incident, but has not been named a suspect or charged.
