Supreme Court rules in favor of district in Chapin High battle

CHAPIN, SC (WIS) - The South Carolina Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Lexington-Richland Five in the case Kim Murphy vs. School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC).

According to a press release, the school district can continue to move forward with the renovation projects at Chapin High School.
