MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) Myrtle Beach Police have arrested an elderly Longs man after they say he offered sexual acts to undercover officers.

According to an arrest report obtained by WMBF News, 74-year-old Thomas Mills of Longs was in the area of 15th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach Sunday afternoon when he flashed his lights at two undercover officers.

The report states Mills allegedly asked those officers about the size of their genitals, wanting to see them. Mills then offered for he and a friend to give and receive sexual acts from those officers.

Mills was arrested and transported to the Myrtle Beach Jail where he was charged with Sex / Prostitution - 1st Offense.
