WIS News 10 - Columbia, South Carolina |Naked man sought in two neighborhoods
COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - The Shandon and Heathwood communities need to be on the lookout for a naked man on the loose -- or maybe they should just not look at all.
According to Police Chief Randy Scott, the suspect is described as being a male, possibly between the ages of 40 and 50 years old, possibly 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing between 150-180 pounds with a medium build.
Scott says the man is accused of being naked and performing a lewd act upon himself while women are walking during 5:30am to 6:45am in mid-to-late December of 2011 and in early January of 2012.
Police say there is a possibility that the man changes into a jogging outfit such as pants or shorts in order to blend in with others who may be exercising in the neighborhood. He may also be driving a silver Honda.
No one was harmed during these incidents.
