PELION, SC (WIS) - The Lexington County Sheriff's Department says a dispute starting during a game of dominoes between two brothers lead to one of them fatally shooting the other Friday night.

Officials with the coroner's office say 33-year-old Bobby Lee Banks was shot in the head by his brother at his home on Highway 178 in Pelion around 10:00pm.

Banks was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies arrested 34-year-old Robert B. Banks, Jr. in connection with the shooting. Banks has been charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Deputies say Banks fled the scene following the shooting, but he was located two hours later. Banks provided investigators with a written and verbal confession to the crime.
