1 tube of Chocolate chip cookie dough 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 cup of sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 pan. Spread half of cookie dough onto bottom of pan. In separate bowl, mix egg, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth. Pour over top of cookie dough. Crumble remaining cookie dough on top of cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
