LEESVILLE, SC (WIS) - Lexington County deputies have arrested a Leesville man who may have been burned when a Methamphetamine lab exploded Tuesday night.

Around 10:00 p.m., deputies responded to a call about an explosion on Valley Stream Road in Leesville. The home owner told deputies the explosion came from a room in his nearby detached garage where his stepdaughter lives.

Upon investigation, deputies determined that a meth lab had exploded inside the building. Deputies arrested Brenda Kuhn, 37, and charged her with manufacturing of Methamphetamine.

Deputies said William Todd, 31, of Leesville, fled the scene before deputies arrived. Todd was arrested Wednesday night on S. East Ave. in Leesville.

Todd is being held at the Lexington County Detention Center.
