Quick, Easy, and tastes good! Great for pot luck dinners, picnics or brown bag lunches! Can double recipe it freezes well for a fast meal.
6 to 8 chicken thighs, drumsticks, or pork chops Chicken works well skinned, it will not dry out 1 1/2 cups or (enough to coat your meat) Italian bread crumbs 1 stick margarine 1 tbsp garlic powder (more or less to taste)
Melt margarine and blend in garlic powder dredge meat in melted mixture and then coat with Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, after 30 minutes, turn with forks to brown other side.
**Note for a lighter version, spray a butter flavored spray, (like Pam) on meat, sprinkle on garlic powder and coat in bread crumbs, bake as directed.
