SUMTER, SC (WIS) - Two men were arrested and charged in connection to several air condition thefts at Sumter businesses, and police said a third suspect remains on the loose.

Leroy Gibbs and Kevin Anderson were charged with four counts of possession of stolen goods. Police said the men had four air condition units in their possession, valued at $19,000, and tried to sell them at a local recycling business.

Newton's Green House and Florist along with three businesses in the University Shopping Center reported the units missing on January 18th.

Officers said Gibbs was also charged with possession of crack cocaine. His bond was set at $75,000 while Anderson's was set at $60,000.

The department is also looking for a third suspect believed to be involved in the incident, Latasha Pickens. If you have any information on her whereabouts, you are asked to call Crimestoppers.
