Truck fire slows I-26 traffic

LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC (WIS) - A truck fire caused quite a scene on Interstate 26 during rush hour Wednesday morning.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol's website, troopers responded to mile marker 112 on I-26 around 7:30 a.m. for a vehicle on fire.

Video sent in by a WIS viewer shows the cab of a tractor-trailer fully involved with fire in the breakdown lane near the Charleston Highway exit. Traffic was backed up going westbound.

No injures have been reported.
