Recipe from Celena Jones of Dawson, Ga.
Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 35 minutes
1 container of fresh button mushrooms 1/2 lb. raw ground sausage (any flavor you choose, i like jalepeno cheese) 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs 1/2 container of cream cheese with onions and chives 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped well) 1/4 cup parmesan cheese(grated) salt and pepper to taste
1. Pull stems out of mushrooms and discard, wash and sit to the side.
2. Mix together sausage, breadcrumbs, parmesan, spinach, salt and pepper, and cream cheese. Mix well.
3. Put a heaping full in each mushroom.
4. Grill or bake in oven at about 325 for 25-30 minutes until sausage is done.
5. EAT UP! YUM YUM!!
