Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 30 min
12 pieces of catfish steaks 1 gallon size zip lock bag 1 cup of yellow cornmeal salt and pepper to taste
1. Rinse catfish. Put cornmeal, salt and pepper in zip lock bag.
2. Put catfish steaks in zip lock bag and shake well untill all steaks are well coated.
3. Cook catfish in a deep pan of olive oil that has been heating at medium hot setting on electic stove.
4. Cook catfish steaks until they start to float.
Yield: 2 servings Comments: Serve with french fries and have good meal for two
