Recipe from Randy Seratte of Skiatook, Okla.
Total Time: 2 hours
Pre-packaged bread dough
1 package of saugage or your favorite ground meat
mozzarella cheese
1. Let the bread dough rise once then roll it out flat.
2. Then spread precooked saugage or your favorite meat over the rolled out bread dough.
3. Spread the shredded cheese over the meat and roll up like you would a cinnamon roll log.
4. Place in a greased baking pan (I use a bundt cake pan to form it into a circle) and let the bread rise again. Bake according to the instructions for the bread.
Servings: 6 - 8 people depending on how thick the bread slices are
Comments: Excellent for company holiday get-togethers, holiday parties or any other party.
