Nutty Coleslaw Recipe

Nutty Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 lb     shredded cabbage

4 tb     toasted almond slices

4 tb     toasted sesame seeds

4 tb     sunflower kernels

4          green onions, chopped

1 pkg Ramen noodles, (do not use    

                  seasoning packet)

Dressing

2 tb     canola oil

6 tb     apple cider vinegar

6 tsp   sugar

2 tsp   pepper

Directions

1. Crush and soften noodles in hot water then drain.

2. Mix together ingredients above (cabbage through softened noodles) in a large bowl.

3. In a small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients. 

 4.      Pour dressing over coleslaw mix and toss well.
