Water on Earth moves in a never-ending cycle called the Water Cycle. Water changes from one form to another, but it remains the same water!
- Heat from the sun evaporates water from the earth, lakes, rivers and streams putting water vapor into the air.
- As water vapor cools, it condenses, forming clouds in the sky.
- Clouds increase in the sky encountering colder air. When enough condensation has occurred, precipitation falls to the earth.
- Rinse, lather and repeat!
