MIDLANDS, SC (WIS) - A Midlands teen has faced off against other young women across the country, and held her own.
Caitlin Upton from Lexington competed for the title of Miss Teen USA Friday night. The competition aired on WIS.
Caitlin was the third runner-up. The winner was Miss Colorado.
The 18-year-old Upton is from Lexington.
