(White House-AP) November 26, 2006 - President Bush is preparing for another round of global diplomacy.
Just back from an eight-day trip to Asia, Bush begins another overseas trip Monday. He'll be reaching out to allies for help in quelling violence in Iraq and Afghanistan.
His first stop is Estonia, on the way to Latvia for a NATO summit on Tuesday. The two-day summit will focus on peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan, where just over 30-thousand NATO troops are serving.
The White House says Bush will ask for more military and financial commitment from many of NATO's 26 member countries. He's also expected to urge some members to ease restrictions on what their troops can and can't do in Afghanistan.
A late addition to Bush's itinerary will take him to Amman, Jordan for two days of talks with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
