For some children, the start of school means the beginning of bullying.
For kids, the end of summer means an abrupt end to staying up late and sleeping until noon: It also signals the beginning of brand new challenges and perhaps a case of the back-to-school jitters.
Although many children anxiously anticipate the first day of school, some may be more nervous about the transition than others.
These action steps will show how parents and students can help be a part of a school's effort to create an orderly, respectful environment.
