Several candidates stopping in SC

(Statewide) March 21, 2007 - Several presidential candidates are on the way to South Carolina.

Kansas Senator Sam Brownback is scheduled to speak to a church group in the Lowcountry Thursday, March 29th. That's at Victory Baptist Church (335 Woodland Shores Road, James Island) at 7:30pm.

Delaware Senator Joe Biden is coming to Sumter. He'll speak at USC-Sumter Saturday, March 31st. The event will be held in Lecture Hall 116 of the Arts and Letters Building beginning at 10:30am. All Democrats and other interested people from Lee, Clarendon, Williamsburg, Kershaw and Sumter Counties are invited to attend. 

And Conneticut Senator Chris Dodd has accepted a debate invitation from the state Democratic party. The first Democratic presidential debate in the state will be April 26th. It will take place at South Carolina State University.
