(Milwaukee, Wisconsin-NBC) March 17, 2006 - St. Patrick's Day revelers in Milwaukee were treated to a piece of what's being billed as the world's largest reuben sandwich.
The sandwich was served Friday at the Wicked Hop Bar. It measured four by five feet and weighed almost 300 pounds.
The sandwich, which fed 160 people, was made with 100 pounds of corned beef, 80 pounds of sauerkraut, 40 pounds of swiss cheese and three gallons of thousand island dressing.
Half the proceeds raised Friday will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Wisconsin.
