
(National - NBC) October 21, 2005 - If you're having problems with your eyesight changing your diet could put things back into focus.
Researchers have found that eating more foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon, tuna and walnuts, can help prevent dry eye syndrome.
The catch is, it seems you can't just up your intake of omega-3's. You must also cut down on foods that contain omega-6 fatty acids.
Omega-6 fatty acids are found in most vegetable oils.
