
For the first time since a stroke in December, Clark is going to appear on live television to co-host "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" on December 31st.
His spokesman says Clark is walking and talking and "living a fairly normal life." He spent seven weeks in the hospital after the stroke, followed by rehab at his home in Malibu.
Clark will share host duties with Ryan Seacrest. Clark has issued a statement saying he's "elated" Seacrest is going to join him.
