Ingredients:
fresh beef fajita meat (beef skirts work well)
salt
pepper
paprika
lime juice
Directions:
Leave the fajita meat in 1 inch thick slabs and do not remove any of the fat. Generously soak the fajita meat in some lime juice. Then season the meat well with the dry spices.Place on hot grill and turn fajita as often as possible till they are well done. Then cut/slice against the grain in the meat.Now wrap up the meat in your favorite tortilla with your favorite ingredients.
