Police recover stolen items at suspect's home

SUMTER, SC (WIS) - The Sumter Police Department made two arrests in connection to a May 15th burglary at a home in the 1,000 block of Russell Street.

Travis Calvin and Quinton Rouse were charged with burglary and are being held at the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center.

Officers said the victim reported a flat screen TV, laptop, some jewelry, an iPod, and a video game were taken from the home.

Upon further investigation, officer said they were able to determine that Calvin was involved. When they went to search Calvin's home, they said they were able to recover some of the stolen property. They went on to say they received some information linking Rouse to the crime as well.
