WIS News 10 - Columbia, South Carolina | Highway Patrol investigating fatal Saturday accident

CLARENDON COUNTY, SC (WIS) - South Carolina Highway Patrol officers are investigating a fatal Saturday morning accident 3 miles south of Pinewood.
Officials say around 2:40am on Elliot Road, 49-year-old Richard Felder entered a curve at high speed, drove off the left side and overturned several times.
The driver was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Authorities say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
A toxicology report is pending.
