SCHP search for driver wanted in Calhoun Co. hit-and-run with pedestrian

CALHOUN COUNTY, SC (WIS) - The South Carolina Highway Patrol has released a photo of a vehicle they believe was involved with a collision that seriously injured a pedestrian.

The collision happened on I-26 eastbound, toward Charleston, near Big Beaver Creek Road in Calhoun County on Sunday, Feb. 10 around 3 p.m. The pedestrian was struck by the vehicle, who fled the scene. The victim received great bodily injuries as a result of the collision, troopers say.

SCHP says the vehicle is a 2000 to 2006 white GMC Yukon or Chevrolet Tahoe and may have minor damage to the passenger front side.
