3 sentenced to federal prison for 2017 armed robbery, officer-involved shooting in Lexington

LEXINGTON, SC (WIS) - 3 people are heading to federal prison for their roles in an armed robbery that ended in an officer-involved shooting in Lexington County.

In February of 2017, Bradley Thompson, Tiffany Metze, and Noah Billie drove to Gatson to rob a man before shooting him.

A couple of weeks later, US Marshals found all 3 at a home near Boiling Springs Road in Lexington. As Thompson was trying to escape, he rammed a US Marshal’s vehicle twice, pinning one of the officers in the door of the car.

Officers then started firing, hitting Thompson several times. He was sentenced to more than 14 years in prison, Billie to 10 years and Metze was sentence to more than 4 years.
